Secure production transport

Public production traffic is served over HTTPS. Access to authenticated workflows is handled through server-side authorization.

Company-scoped access

DeskGo uses role and company boundaries so users can work only within the services and records allowed by their account configuration.

Reviewable workflows

Approvals, corrections, administrative activity, and important operational actions remain reviewable where the relevant workflow provides those records.

Shared responsibility

Companies control users, permissions, devices, and configuration while DeskGo maintains the hosted application and its operational safeguards.

7. Data Retention Schedules

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide services:

  • Business records:Kept for the period needed to provide the service, meet the company's instructions, and satisfy applicable obligations.
  • Company data:The company remains responsible for its retention schedule and can request review or export through the available DeskGo workflow.
  • Technical logs:Kept only as long as reasonably needed for security, troubleshooting, service operation, and legal obligations.

8. International Data Transfers

DeskGo and its hosting or service providers may process information in the locations required to operate the application. Data residency, subprocessors, and transfer commitments should be confirmed in the applicable company agreement or by contacting DeskGo before a sensitive workforce workflow is enabled.
